CATERING FAQ
How do I place a Catering order?
You can either place your order online at jejemedigrill.com/menu/catering/ or call your nearest JeJe Meditterranean Grill location and speak with our dedicated Catering Team! We are here to answer any questions you might have about your event.
How much notice is needed to fulfill an order?
For online orders, please try to place orders at least a full day in advance, however, we are happy to accommodate last-minute orders – even same day orders! To place a last-minute order, you will just have to call your nearest JeJe Mediterranean location and speak with our Catering Team.
How do I add special requests or delivery instructions to a catering order placed online?
You can include any special requests or delivery instructions in the “Special Request” field on the payment details screen. Or, once you receive your email confirmation, you can contact the JEJE location.
What is the order minimum for delivery?
Any order of $100 or more (before tax and delivery fee) can be delivered.
What is the fee for delivery?
For orders in our delivery area between 1-30 mile radius range, the fee is between $10 - $50. Delivery fees increase for orders outside our immediate delivery area.
What if delivery isn’t available to my address?
If our website informs you that delivery is not available to your address, please call your closest JEJE location to inquire if delivery is available. Our website only recognizes addresses in our immediate delivery area, but delivery is sometimes available to locations outside our immediate area.
How do I make a change to an existing order?
If you need to change anything about your existing order, please call or email the JEJE location.
What are acceptable forms of payment?
All online orders are prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Where can I request a copy of my receipt?
Please call or email your local JEJE location to request a receipt.
What is your cancellation policy?
Need to cancel? No problem – we understand that plans change! There is no charge for cancellations with at least 6 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 6 hours of pick up or delivery will (or may?) be charged 50%.
Is it possible to add gratuity to my order?
Yes, you can add gratuity when placing your order online.

My organization is tax-exempt. How can I place a tax-exempt order?
Please call or email your local JEJE location. They will ask you to provide your tax exemption information and our Accounting Team will review. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days to receive tax-exempt approval.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies?
Yes! All items are customizable online to remove certain ingredients (such as cheese, onions, and sauces ). If further customization is required, please call your local JEJE location after receiving your email confirmation to discuss additional changes.
Do napkins, plates and utensils come with my order?
When placing an order online, there is an option for a “Full Set-Up” (utensils, plates, napkins, and serving utensils), “Serving Utensils Only”, or “No Set-Up Needed”. When placing an order over the phone, our Catering Team will ask if a Full Set Up is needed for your order.
